Anti-icing

Place the little circle of rubber on the upper part of the front of the shoe. Then pull towards the back of the shoe to place the larger rubber circle behind the heel. Take off the protector when in shops or using public transport. Do not use the anti slip insole on dry ground. Remove snow that builds up on the insole to retain it’s anti slip status.
